A collection of selected photos, from my time working as a photojournalist in Poland in the 90/00s. Unfortunately, I don’t have access to most of them, digitizing photos was just starting to become a standard.
My brother found these photos, I was sure they were lost. I thought I’d put some of them on my website so that I don’t lose them again
The photos were taken with a Canon EOS1n with various lenses – 17-35/2.8, 28-70/2.8 and 70-200/2.8, Sport photos with 300mm/2.8, 400mm/2.8 and 600mm/4.0 lenses, I used Fujicolor films.

The Nida river flooded the village of Ostrów, the army distributed bread and water. 26/7/2001 I took this photo with the first professional digital SLR camera that appeared on the market – Canon EOS1D. The quality of photos from these early cameras was poor, but the opportunities that opened up to photojournalists changed a lot. There was no need to develop and scan films anymore, you could send photos directly from the place of events (younger people born in the digital and Internet era are rolling with laughter right now 😀 )
